| Analysis | His experience spans IT solution delivery and support, change program management and more recently business process engineering where he has played a key role in the Global consolidation of services and subsequent transition to an external provider. In addition to his ongoing responsibilities, Charles was appointed to lead the team which developed a Global business continuity proposal which was subsequently approved by the Board of Directors in 2006. In his private time, Charles enjoys renovating his period cottage in the Ashdown Forest in West Sussex and spending time with wife Melissa and their two young children.

Julie Thomson With a foundation of management training in the retail sector, Julie moved to the FMCG sector. Following a number of roles in marketing, customer management and finance she was appointed Director of Change and Internal Communications for Europe. |

Julie lives in Sevenoaks, Kent with her husband and two young sons. |
